Numerical simulation of spatio-temporal coupling effect in femtosecond laser pulse propagated through multi-layer scattering media

The paper presents results of numerical simulation of femtosecond laser pulse propagation through thick scattering media. Variation of spatial, temporal and spectral parameters of the laser pulse propagated through scattering media with different thickness was studied. It was shown that diffraction on disordered media results in increase of the laser pulse duration and decrease in its spectrum width. Moreover variation of these parameters is inhomogeneous among the laser beam cross-section.
