Stress Reliability Sensitivity Analysis for A Flexibility Rotor

Taking a typical flexible rotor bearing system as a model, the strength reliability and reliability-based sensitivity of the rotor system are estimated when the structural parameters and working conditions are random. Based on virtual prototyping technology, the nonlinear dynamic analysis of rigid flexible hybrid rotor system is carried out. Then, combining process integration software and neural network technology, the nonlinear mapping relationship between structural dynamic response and basic random variables is obtained, and the stress-strength interference reliability model of rotor system is proposed. Finally, the reliability and reliability sensitivity of the rotor system are analyzed when the basic random variables are arbitrarily distributed by using matrix differential technique, perturbation method and Edge-worth series method.
