Solving the Problem of Optimizing the Technical and Economic Parameters of the Butyl Reclaimedrubber Production Process with the Specified Quality Indicators

the article solves the problem of multicriteria optimization of technological parameters of the butyl reclaimed rubber production process. The search criteria for the values of the optimal operating parameters at the stages of ionization irradiation and thermomechanical treatment are formed. The connection structure and competitive relationships between particular and general optimization criteria is presented. As methods of aggregating the generalized criterion, the method of linear convolution of criteria and the mathematical apparatus of the Choquet integral in conjunction with the vector of values of the Sugeno fuzzy measure were used. On the basis of mathematical models of individual process stages using a genetic algorithm, computational experiments were carried out, as a result of which the optimal values of the vector of control process parameters were found. It was found that the use of the Choquet integral as an aggregator provides the choice of such technological parameters of the process stages at which the heat treatment time is reduced by more than 2 times while obtaining comparable values of the product quality indicators relative to the values of the parameters which were found when implementing the linear convolution method. This allows us to use the proposed mathematical apparatus as an algorithmic support system for decision-making in real production conditions.
