Methods of current diagnostics of asynchronous motors with combined stator winding

In this paper, we propose a method for current diagnostics of an asynchronous motor with a combined stator winding. Current diagnostics is one of the most effective methods for detecting a fault, namely, a short-circuited rotor rod breakage. These faults are manifested in the harmonic components of the power supply current of the asynchronous motor.
