Induction Heaters For of the Check Valve of the Wellhead Fountain Fittings of Oil and Gas Wells

The relevance of the development of technical means and methods aimed at protecting against freezing of the internal mobile element of the check valve on the fountain armature of an oil and gas wells operating in periodic mode is shown. It is proposed to use induction heating of local areas of fountain armature, where a reverse valve is installed to temperatures not exceeding safe values, but providing a specified technological mode of operation of the oil and gas well. The results of development, experimental research and field tests of small, easily mounted, safe-to-use induction heaters, ensuring the efficient operation of the check valve of the estuary fountain armature. The rules of installation during operation of the developed heaters and data on the economic efficiency of using heaters in oil companies are given.
