Transformer-rectifier unit of overvoltage 270 V for on-board power supply system of aircraft

The paper discusses the transition of the aviation industry to the trend of "all-electric aircraft", involving the use of electricity to control all subsystems of the aircraft. A numerical calculation of a transformer-rectifier unit was carried out, and a computer model of a rectifier unit with an increased voltage of 270 V was investigated, characteristic oscillograms were obtained, which made it possible to assess the correctness of calculations and the adequacy of the constructed model.
