An Acceleration Technology in CMOS Image Sensor Readout Circuit

In order to solves the problem that the readout speed's decreases of super large dimensions pixel due to the influence of parasitic parameters. We propose a circuit structure to speed up the pixel reading speed of CMOS image sensor, which can reduce the row time by 70% compared with the standard APS. This design uses a specific dynamic logic circuit to establish a fast charge and discharge channel on the output node to achieve acceleration.
