A high-efficiency WPT system with dual-output and enhanced coupling efficiency

A high-efficiency WPT system with dual-output is presented in this paper. The BUCK and LDO are used to regulate output voltages respectively. With the equivalent resistance boosting effect of BUCK and LDO, the coupling efficiency is highly improved. The proposed system is implemented in a commercial 0.18μm CMOS technology. Simulation results show that the coupling efficiency improvement is about 17% and the peak efficiency of the whole receiver is 81%.
