“Iontronics” Electrochemistry of biodevices

In life science and biotechnology, we have developed biotechnologies for studying biological functions electronically, and we have developed this technology to make the best use of the various functions of living organisms to help human life and environmental conservation. It goes without saying that ions play an important role and role in biotechnology. Biosensors are one of the chemical compartmental measurement methods that apply the advanced substance recognition function of living organisms, but are also attracting attention as a step leading to molecular devices and biodevices. From these points of view, we introduce a highly durable biosensor using electrochemical detection method that we have studied on the research aiming at the enhancement of the function of the biosensor.
