Mode Amplitude and Phase Estimation using Multimode NFP by ANN

A simple and efficient method for estimating modal amplitude and phase of few-mode-fiber based on artificial-neural-network with the help of grey-wolf-optimizer is proposed. Experimentally obtained three-mode near-field-patterns of proposed three-mode exchanger are analyzed and successfully reproduced.
