Numerical Research of Vibrational Characteristics for Compressor Bladed Disks of an Energy Turbomachine with Intentional Mistuning of Blades

This article presents mathematical finite element models for analyzing the sensitivity vibrations for compressor bladed disks of an energy turbomachines, which is performed a numerical analysis the vibrations and sensitivity of academic bladed structures with intentional mistuning. The research of mathematical modeling in the analysis of blade sensitivity can allow to significantly reduce the number of experimental research, which is needed to design the blade structures of energy turbomachines, as well as reduce the design time and increase the reliability of the blades and bladed disks. The sensitivity analysis of the blades gives the area of influence of changes in mass (as additional mass) on the natural frequencies and forms of vibrations of the blades, which is effectively used in the optimization of bladed disk structures. Using this analysis can obtain a decrease in stress levels and a change in the oscillation frequencies on the operating ranges of rotational speed turbomachine compressors.
