Information Technology for the Analysis of the Phase Trajectory of the Dynamic System (on the Example of Organization in the Field of Housing and Communal Services)

The purpose of the article is an improvement of the instruments for automation of the qualitative research of the dynamic system and forecasting parameters values, characterizing the activities of organizations in the field of economics (particularly organizations in the sphere of multitenant apartments management). In the article, the problem of the automation of the analysis of the phase trajectory of the dynamic system is solved (organization in the sphere of multitenant apartments management) using the qualitative theory of the dynamic systems. On the example of the analysis of the phase trajectory, characterizing the activities of the multitenant apartments management organization, are demonstrated opportunities of the software application, which include building of the phase trajectory projections on three phase planes. It is established that in the phase plane, there are no equilibrium states of the “stable node” and “stable focus” types, but there are equilibrium states of the “unstable node”, “unstable focus” and “saddle” types. An example of detecting “attraction area” of the phase trajectory in the phase plane is given. Economic interpretation of “attraction areas” is given.
