Development of Mathematical Models for the Numerical Analysis of Durability and Increase the Reliability Elements of Turbomachines with Various Types of Mistuning on Bladed Disks

To improve the technical level of energy turbomachines in the present modern turbomachinery, high strength, reliability and durability are required in the design, manufacture and operation of turbomachines. The reliability and durability of a turbomachine is determined by the strength and resource of the most loaded structural elements of its rotor - impellers. Parts of the impellers (blades and disks) operate under conditions of enormous static loads from the action of centrifugal forces, pressure and uneven heating, and they also experience variable cyclic loads during forced oscillations from the action of gas forces. This paper presents numerical research of impeller vibrations with various types of mistuning and discusses the influence of mistuning parameters on the vibrational behavior of a bladed disk. A lot of research by different authors have shown that the phenomenon of mistuning parameters can have a significant effect on the resource of energy and transport turbine engines due to the fact that during forced vibrations of the impellers of turbomachines with mistuning parameters, the amplitude and dynamic stresses can increase dramatically.
