Automatic Control of Pressure Stabilization in Pneumatic Parts of Vibration Isolation Systems of a New Type

Currently, there is an intensive development of new vibration-insulating supports of a mixed active-passive type for various equipment based on the use of pneumohydraulic processes. Installing engines on an elastic suspension that has vibration-isolating mechanisms in the form of pneumatic-hydraulic supports may be the most perspective and effective way to reduce the transmitting forces on the foundation. The article studies the pressure stabilization system in a pneumatic-hydraulic vibration-isolating support, finds the transfer functions of this system and builds the amplitude-frequency characteristics. The equations that determine the dependence of air flow on the frequency of external influence, the efficiency and effectiveness of the stabilization system are derived.
