Theoretical and practical studies of electrical systems operation modes at reactive power compensation

The article investigates the influence of reactive power compensation on the mode parameters and the stability of electrical systems, the establishment of acceptable levels of reactive power compensation on the stability of the load nodes and synchronous generators, as well as studies of the area of self-excitation of the synchronous generator in reactive power compensation. And also examines the options of practical realization of reactive power compensation.
