A Study on the Causes and Effects of Indonesian Children's Neglect through Computer Analysis of Big Data

The purpose of this research paper is to describe the factors that causes child neglect and the impacts of the child who are neglected in Indonesia through computer analysis of big data. This research paper using library research method that uses literatures such as books, journals, dictionaries, and other literature's works that related to the theme of this discussion. From the results of this paper, we found that the trigger factor that causes the child neglect is the factor of divorce and wrong treatment to child, the factor of the lack of parent's understanding about education, low-family economic factors, and health factors. The impact of the child neglect is the negligence of the rights and needs of the child, not even fulfilled optimally. This is the things that encourages children to do outside's activities to help the family's economy. Because of these activities outside, makes the child doesn't have time to go to school.
