Control of Battery Operated Drive

This paper describes possibility of efficiency enhancement of electrical drives in general, especially in mobile robotics application. The vector control is traditional algorithm, but thanks to the Maximum Torque per Ampere criterion, must be the control algorithm modified properly. The paper describes feasibility of this algorithm and verification on mathematical model. These methods can be used for permanent magnet synchronous machines in over speed area.
