Abstract:

In this study, it is aimed to analyze the data, continuously received from electric motors through temperature, vibration, current, and speed sensors, and to perform the mechanical predictive fault detection with the Internet of Things (IoT) platform. A system design has been implemented that enables the transfer of sensor data to the IoT platform and enables users to access these data regularly via a web interface over the cloud system. With the proposed system model less cost, time savings, reduction in mechanical breakdowns, an increase in motor life, and efficiency can be achieved.
