Investigation of the fullerenol solution parameters by combined technique based on light scattering

Water-soluble fullerenols are widely used in medicine and pharmacology, since they are well compatible with water, physiological solutions, blood, lymphoma. It is also possible to use them in cosmetology, for example, in working with water and alcohol bases, which will allow creating new medicinal forms. The study of parameters of water-soluble fullerenes such as size, electrophoretic mobility and zeta potential is especially relevant for studying the binding ability, the stability of the solution and the propensity to coagulation. Investigation of fullerenol solutions parameters by combined technique based on light scattering is presented. The results of the experimental study by investigation of parameters of fullerenol solutions are discussed.
