A Mathematical Model to Allocate Services for Scarce Resources in an Optimal Manner

Linear programming is one of the most useful techniques used to solve complicated practical problems nowadays in accordance with its capability to formulate many real-life problems as mathematical models to obtain an optimal solution. The process of re-infrastructure innovation and development is one of the critical issues of planning and managing in each country. In this study, we proposed a mathematical model allocates services for scarce resources in an optimal manner to ensure the provision of accepted services to all these sectors. A large virtual area is divided into many sectors used as an illustrative example to evaluate the performance of the proposed model. The results obtained show that the proposed model is efficient to achieve the optimal solution, and it can be efficiently used to other real-life problems.
