Ukraine Aeronomy Station for Carbon Monoxide Monitoring: Analysis of Measurement Errors

We present the analysis of the main sources of errors in molecular carbon monoxide observations under various weather conditions at the Ukrainian microwave aeronomy station. The database was obtained by daily averaging (for 2018 - 2019) of the antenna temperature. The line shape is approximated by the Voigt function. The realized signal-to-noise ratio (10-25 in winter and 2-4 in summer) make it possible to measure the line intensity with a relative error of about 2% in winter and 10% in summer. These characteristics make it possible to monitor mesospheric air mass transfer yearround with satisfactory accuracy.
