THz Imaging System Based on Frequency-Tunable 140 GHz Clinotron and Quasi-Optical Antenna

The results of the development of THz imaging system based on 140 GHz CW Clinotron tube and quasi-optical antenna have been presented and discussed. The preliminary tests were carried out for a single-frequency mode. The image restoration is performed by using the Wiener deconvolution algorithm showing a good agreement for the test sample.
