Dilute-Se Ga2(O1-xSex)3 for Ultraviolet and Visible Photodetector

First-principle analysis of the electronic properties of dilute-Se β-Ga₂(O_1-xSe_x)₃ alloys with Se-content ranging from 0~16.67% were performed. The findings showed the potential of using β-Ga₂(O_1-xSe_x)₃ alloys and Ga2O3 alloys for deep ultraviolet and visible light photodetector.
