Features of the Decarbonization Modelling of the Russian Gas Industry

The article describes special aspects of optimization modelling of low-carbon scenarios in the development of the gas industry in the Russian Federation, resulting from Russia's ratification of the Paris Climate Agreement in 2019. The authors review issues related to the modelling of low-carbon trends in the field of geological exploration, extraction, storage, liquefaction and transportation of pipeline and liquified natural gas.
