Comparative Analysis of Traffic Prioritisation Algorithms in Li-Fi Networks

Worldwide growing number of mobile devices requires the use of higher speed data transfer rates. The fifth generation (5G) technology Li-Fi provides high speed, bidirectional and secure wireless access. Although there are problems that are needed to be solved before the spread of this technology - like the need of resource allocation algorithms. This paper is focused on the influence of proposed by author algorithm and First Come First Served (FCFS) algorithm for traffic prioritization on Li-Fi networks. The main focus of the research is based on comparison the algorithms for packet delivery ratio, packet loss ratio, throughput and delay.
