Concept-Monadic Model of Technological Environment of Programming

In this paper, the principles of an adaptive technological programming environment based on an intersubjective paradigm are developed. For this purpose, the understanding of programming is adequately enriched by introducing conceptual logical structures. This allows you to move away from the general concept of programming as a subject-defined activity and to lay the foundations for its technologization.
