Synthesis of a Mathematical Model of Thermal Processes of Buildings. Systems Approach

In the paper a two-stage method for the synthesis of mathematical models of thermal processes of heated buildings on the basis of a systems approach is proposed and substantiated. In the first s tage t he b uilding i s c onsidered a s a s ystem of interconnected heated rooms divided by partition walls and separated from the environment by an external enclosure. In the second stage, the external and partition walls are presented in a form of a discrete system of interconnected flat elements. The proposed approach allows to model the thermal process of a building in the form of a finite-dimensional s ystem of ordinary linear differential equations, focused on the application of methods of modern control theory.
