PIC Microcontroller Module in a Flexible Microprocessor Development System

A microcontroller module with a PIC18 microcontroller has been designed and implemented. It contains all the components in addition to the microcontroller, necessary for its operation as a microprocessor core in embedded systems for real applications. The microcontroller module is the smaller size and different microcontroller compared to the widely used Arduino Uno. Sample algorithms and software has been designed to test the module within the microprocessor system for which it was primary intended in order to prove its correct operation.
