Wind Turbine Power Control for Turbulence Wind Speed

Wind turbines interact with the wind to capture its kinetic energy and convert into useable energy. A wind control system is a complex and critical element in a wind turbine. Wind turbine control system consists of two feedback loops. One is the generator torque control loop, and other is the pitch control loop. In this paper, deals with a method for the generator torque and pitch control in MW class wind turbine of PMSG. Based on the results of the simulation, the rated wind speed for the area before and after the proposed algorithm output of the wind turbine control was to be performed under the control area properly.
