Strength and Stiffness Free Modal Analysis of FSAE Car Based on ANSYS Workbench

FSAE racing frame design uses the three-dimensional software CATIA to establish the frame structure model, and analyzes its strength, stiffness and modal through the ANSYS Workbench module, so as to obtain the stiffness, strength and deformation of the frame under different working conditions and Natural frequencies and modes of different orders. In order to verify whether the structure of the frame is reasonable and whether the scheme design meets the design requirements, it provides corresponding theoretical support for the safety of subsequent FSAE competitions.
