The Quick Check Method for Leakage Risk of the Integrated Cold Plate Based on Three-Dimensional Boolean Operation

The integrated cold plate with internal flow has small size, light weight and high integration, so it is getting more applications in active phased array radar. In the design of the integrated cold plate model, there are leakage risk points that may affect radar performance. The paper proposes a check method based on three-dimensional Boolean operation. It can quickly highlight all leakage risk points of the integrated cold plate and realize the analysis and optimization of the integrated cold plate model.
