An Introduced Sliding Mode Stability Control for a Class of Network Systems

The system has the uncertainty of electromagnetic power fluctuation or the difficulty of detection. It will affect the stability of the system. In this paper, a new sliding mode surface and sliding mode controller are designed. It will solve the external disturbance of interconnected power system problem. Firstly, a network system model is introduced. Then a fast terminal sliding surface control algorithm is designed according to the structural characteristics of the system. The uncertain parameters in the network system are estimated in advance. Based on the Lyapunov method, the stability and fast convergence of the network system are proved. Finally, the method is applied to the stability control of second-order interconnected power systems. Numerical simulation results are given to illustrate correctness and effectiveness of the introduced sliding mode controller, and are given to make the interconnected systems reach a stable state quickly and run smoothly.
