The Impact of Line Impedance on Current Sharing Performance for Parallel Inverters

Parallel inverters can improve the stability and increase the capacity of the system. How to sharing current in parallel inverters is an important issue. The droop control method with virtual impedance can reshape the output impedance of the system and reach the average distribution. However, the line impedance in the actual system is difficult to control, which leads to the output impedance of each inverter unequal, impacting the performance of current sharing. In this paper, simulation evaluations are carried out to verify the performance of line impedance on current sharing.
