Implementation of a Novel Self-Cleaning Roof Top PV Cells using Protective Film Coating

The global energy crisis is pushing countries to develop more policies in the energy sector, especially in the areas of renewable energies, which help the production to move slowly towards a more sustainable environment. One of these forms are photovoltaic solar systems, where the installation is taking a rapid upward drift in the installation, since it is the method of producing light-hearted energy but currently with its minimal efficiency, and also the dust accumulates on the transparent surfaces supported through a sharp drop against the transmission coefficient is one of the foremost challenges faced by the solar systems. The main objective of this work is to obtain a hydrophobic coating against the available synthetic coatings. Consequently, when planning the use of self-cleaning methods in photovoltaic solar systems, it is necessary to carry out a complete planning to obtain the maximum efficiency results by using the quantitative method for the raw numerical data and overall the study was analyzed as a case study.
