Automatic voltage regulator design based on fractional calculus plus PID controller

In automatic Voltage regulator proportional., integral and derivative controller (PID) used as a generic feedback controller. In this context PID controller parameters are selected in automatic voltage regulator is a new challenge for the researchers. The AVR regulates the amount of reactive power and voltage. The suggested work provides a technique known as SCA optimization (sine cosine algorithm) to tune the FOPID controller parameters. It has a very simple implementation secure convergence function and the ability to quickly adjust optimum PID controller. The characteristics of optimum FPID controller (Kp.,Ki.,KD) are selected by the novel approached sine cosine optimization technique. To analysis the performance., it has been observed that SCA-FPID controller offer the efficiency and durability needed to increase the step response of the AVR system.
