Investment Attractiveness of Land Resources of Ukraine

Creating a land market in Ukraine requires effective methodological support for investment decisions. For this purpose, it is necessary to objectively study the experience of valuation of Ukrainian lands. The article analyzes the experience of evaluation on the Ukrainian lands in the Russian Empire with the prospect of its use in the present conditions in combination with the method of data standardization. Given the historical experience of land property valuation in the early 20th century, the present value of land in Ukraine has been determined. The content of the standardization method for analyzing the investment attractiveness of land resources is disclosed. On the basis of statistical data on the use of land resources, using the method of standardization of data, an analysis of their investment attractiveness was carried out in Ukraine regions.
