Research on Causes of Transmission Line Fault Based on Decision Tree Classification

Aiming at the needs of transmission line fault analysis and line inspection and maintenance, mainly considering the severe weather factors, in order to improve the analysis speed and inspection efficiency, this paper collected multi-source line data, established a line attribute information model, and proposed a decision tree-based algorithm for identifying the cause of line fault, the rules extracted from the historical abnormal data of the line establish a decision tree for line fault analysis. The analysis of test samples in the case proves the effectiveness of the algorithm model and the high accuracy of fault cause identification. It provides effective artificial intelligence diagnostic support for operation, maintenance, inspection and repair.
