LabVIEW based Smart Pillow

Day by day mental stress is increasing at an alarming rate. As a result frequent occurrence of health issues like insomnia can be seen. In this approach, we have focused on sleeping disorder, insomnia and provided a solution to overcome this disorder by levelling the mental stress by means of various human body parameters such as Electroencephalography (EEG) Signal, Heart Rate, GSR and Electrocardiography (ECG) Signal. The main aims of the work is to design a Pillow based on the level of the stress recognized with the help of two human body parameters which are ECG and GSR. The concept of geomagnetic field which is considered to have an effect on our sleep cycles is being implemented. Smart Pillow is designed to create electromagnetic field which is equivalent to geomagnetic field and helps an individuals to attain a peaceful and deep sleep.
