Bayesian Intelligent Technologies for Managing Complex Production Systems

The urgent task of digitalization is to comprehensively improve the production activities of organizations, with the goal of their harmonious and sustainable development. At the same time, at present, organizations are under the strong influence of the external environment, which is formed by various factors. In this regard, the implementation of effective management requires the search for new methods for assessing the performance of the organization. The paper proposes a model for assessing and monitoring the state of the project production management system with the aim of improving it under conditions of significant uncertainty, instability and the active influence of environmental factors.
