Analysis of the Uncertainty of Acoustic Measurements at Various Angles of Incidence of Acoustic Waves on a Measuring Microphone

The results of theoretical and experimental studies of acoustic measurements at various angles of incidence of acoustic waves on the membrane of a condenser-type measuring microphone are presented, which have shown that, in order to minimize measurement uncertainty, technical microphones should indicate normalized frequency characteristics of sensitivity at different angles of incidence of the sound wave.
