Qualitative analysis of prominent industrial gases by MEMS based gas sensors

In the present work, a MEMS based gas sensors were used in the form of an array to measure prominent toxic gases. Gas sensor arrays have proven to be an effective and low-cost solution for measurement of pollutants compared to present day sophisticated analytical instruments. H

OH are prominent industrial gaseous pollutants present in the industrial environment. Different dimensionality reduction algorithms such as Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), Principle Component Analysis (PCA) and clustering algorithm K-means Clustering were used for the analysis. The result of the same are present in this paper.
