Reliability Function Evaluation for Binary Switching System

Although many kinds of methods have been used for the evaluation of reliability of switching system that are proved to be efficient, but this paper deals with the universal generating function which is being utilized for calculating reliability of binary switching system having eight independent identically distributed elements which are connected in series and parallel manner. In the end of the paper, a numerical example has been mentioned to give a better understanding.
