However, each innovation involves risks and creates uncertainties, especially when this is done with still immature technologies. By conducting an expert panel followed by multiple case studies, we have compiled a list of frequently occurring obstacles with lessons learned. By offering a practical framework that outlines good practices per organization type, we acknowledge different approaches in achieving digital process innovation.
