New AC Power Measurement Standard Based on Digital Sampling at CMS

CMS is developing a new AC power measurement system, and core researches include a synchronous digital sampling of voltage/current signals and a LabVIEW-based measurement platform for calculating various power parameters. According to experimental results, the new CMS AC power primary system based on the use of digital sampling shows a better measurement performance compared with a standard AC power meter. In the future, the developed newly AC measurement system will is used to complete the self-traceability of AC power standard in Taiwan.
