Marker location method based on improved LINE2D under standard condition

This paper mainly studies the image matching algorithm under the standard condition (complete mark points in the target image collected by the industrial camera) to improve the execution speed of the image matching part. The LINE2D algorithm based on similarity measurement converts the similarity calculation of image matching into a table lookup process, which greatly improves the execution efficiency of the matching algorithm. However, it is susceptible to the influence of background interference, resulting in mismatching. The marker point positioning target image studied in this paper has no corresponding depth image. Based on the LINE2D algorithm, the relative gray level information of the image is added to distinguish the inside and outside of the mark points according to the image characteristics of the mark points, so as to obtain the LINEG algorithm, which achieves the accurate image matching while ensuring the efficiency of the algorithm. Finally, the algorithm is verified by using the images under standard operating conditions and compared with the current system performance.
