Automated Production Line Monitoring Base on Wireless Mesh Sensor Network

In a smart factory, the wireless network can be used to increase office efficiency, collect and analyse data, improve production and logistics efficiency and perform remote maintenance. This paper presents a general description of the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) architecture, analyzes CPS architecture, including physical layer, perception layer, data analysis layer and service application layer. To make the network more flexible, the closed-loop feedback control system in different time-space range is formed within each layer.Then, a data monitoring and acquisition system based on wireless sensor mesh network (WSMN) is designed for the smart factory, aiming at some intelligent production lines with wide coverage and many sampling points . By comparison with other similar works, our system has advantages of wide coverage, high transmission efficiency, and flexible structure.
