Abstract:
In this paper the Time Domain Analysis (TDA) of planar compact Ultra Wide Band (UWB) antenna is carried out. The operating frequencies of the designed antenna are found to be in the range of 2.27 GHz to 12.39 GHz. The antenna parameters are obtained in frequency domain and the subsequent time domain analysis is performed by using rayleigh pulse excitation. Simulation result shows that the antenna holds the integrity of the signal which is calculated by its fidelity factor.
