Experimental Validating of Reliability Model of MOSFETs in Resonant Full Bridge Inverter

This paper concerns a comparison between experimental results and theoretical model of MOSFETs reliability in resonant full bridge inverter. The experimental data is obtained with five different resonant load circuits. The experimental and theoretical results are presented in tabular and graphical form as well. Also some thermal images of the power circuit of the inverter in studied cases are shown.
