Message from the Demonstration Track Chairs: MDM 2020

The IEEE MDM has been one of the main venues for presenting innovative and significant research results in the mobile data management domain. Every edition, MDM invites submissions of demonstrations of state-of-the-art research prototypes related to mobile data management topics. The Demonstration Session provides researchers a way to demonstrate and share their research results and development in mobile data management with professionals from academia and industry. In this edition, we have 9 interesting demo papers selected from a total of 19. Each paper was evaluated by at least 3 reviewers from both academia and industry. The Demonstration Session is the result of the collective effort of the MDM community, which we gratefully acknowledge. First, we are very thankful to all authors of submitted papers for their interest in the Demonstration Session. Similarly, we are very grateful to the reviewers. Their insightful comments will probably have a positive impact on the development of the different researches presented in the MDM 2020. Finally, the Demo track co-chairs would like to thank the MDM 2020 organizers for all arrangements that provide the necessary infrastructure for Demonstration Session. We wish the community an excellent conference and success in their future works.
