Do-It-Yourself CO2 Incubator with Adjustable Static Magnetic Field for Biological Research Laboratories

In this paper, the do-it-yourself CO
₂
incubator embedded with adjustable static magnetic field suitable for biological research laboratories is proposed. To guarantee the effectiveness of proposed DIY CO
₂
incubator, the Leukemic T-cells are observed and counted cells in term of cell culture to compared proliferation rate of cells under the commercial and proposed DIY CO
₂
incubators. From the experimental results, it shows a good agreement between proposed and commercial CO
₂
incubators in terms of operating and culturing cells for 36 hrs. Finally, for adjustable static magnetic field generator, the design procedure is also provided.
